At Om Travenza Tours, we believe travel is built on trust, care, and meaningful experiences. These terms are here to create clarity and ensure a smooth journey for both you and our team, so you can travel with confidence and peace of mind.

  1. Scope & Agreement

These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Om Travenza Tours.
By confirming a booking and making payment, you agree to these terms.

They cover all services arranged by us, including accommodation, transport, guiding, permits, and travel experiences within Bhutan.

  1. Booking & Payment
  • A 20–30% deposit is required to confirm your booking 
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days before travel 
  • Bookings made within 30 days require full payment at confirmation 
  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer or approved online methods 
  1. Pricing
  • Prices are quoted in USD unless stated otherwise 
  • Inclusions are clearly mentioned in your itinerary 
  • Prices may change due to: 
    • Government regulations 
    • Taxes or SDF updates 
    • Exchange rate changes 
  1. Cancellation & Refund

If you cancel your trip:

  • More than 30 days before arrival → Full refund (less bank charges) 
  • 15–30 days before arrival → 50% charge 
  • Less than 15 days before arrival → 100% charge 
  • No-show or unused services → No refund 

If we cancel:

If a trip is cancelled due to operational reasons, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or 
  • A suitable alternative arrangement 
  1. Changes to Your Booking

We understand plans can change.

  • Requests must be made in writing 
  • Changes are subject to availability 
  • Additional costs may apply where relevant 
  1. Force Majeure

Certain situations are beyond anyone’s control, including:

  • Natural events 
  • Government restrictions 
  • Flight disruptions 

In such cases, we will do our best to support you with rescheduling or alternatives. However, refunds cannot always be guaranteed.

  1. Travel Requirements
  • A valid passport (minimum 6 months validity) is required 
  • We will assist with Bhutan visa and permits 
  • Please ensure all personal details provided are accurate 
  1. Health & Safety
  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended 
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions in advance 
  • Participation in activities is at your own comfort and responsibility 
  1. Responsibility & Liability

We work closely with trusted partners (hotels, airlines, transport providers).

While we carefully select all services, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays or changes by third parties 
  • Loss, injury, or unforeseen incidents during travel 
  1. Feedback & Concerns

If something doesn’t feel right during your journey, please let us know immediately so we can assist.

After your trip, feedback can be shared within 7 days.

  1. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bhutan.
